When I read the sixth paragraph, I had some different ideas about the words “quality of life”. In my opinion ,the “quality of life” about one person means if the person is happy, if the person is substantiation, and if the person is meaningfulness. If the person has all the things, I think the person has a high quality of life. In some years ago, the people wanted to get enough food, they had a lower demand, but now the people have a lot of food, they start to seek for good spiritual of life, and they want to get more and more. So I understand the author’s writing in the first sentence.
When I read the second sentence, I had a question about the word “balance”, what is the balance and how to keep the balance? For ask the questions I asked some people and looked for some books, at last I got the answer. Some people like workaholics, are Addicted to work and regard it as the only important thing in their life. Some do not even know how not to work. I think these people do not balance the requirements of their job and needs of their family. On the other hand, work is unavoidable, some people love and enjoy work, but they don’t regard it as the only source of satisfaction of life. They use another times to enjoy their life, and keep it for all the life. I think these people have the balance between the job and family, and they keep it very well. So the works must to use the times rationally, and the companies need to make some ideas to sensitive the personal needs of their employees.
In the seventh paragraph, the word “boredom” puzzles me, I guess it maybe have some relationship with “bore”. so I looked it up in the dictionary. It is a none and it means “the state of not being inerested in anything.” In the last sentence, the author uses “an official transfer”, the word “transfer” in this sentence is a none means “the process of moving to a different place, position, or job.” The author uses this paragarph to write the workers thinking about their job.
