Xin Chynying,Professor of Law,Institute of Law,Chiese Academy of Social Sciences,Currently she serves in the Law Committee as a legisiator in the Standing committee of National People's Congress.Graduated Form Jilin University and the Graduate School of CASS,she has been one of the leading scholars actively invloved in the enterprises of China's legal reform.Publications cover constitutional law,Jurisprudence,and international human rights areas.
