The paragraph 12 is not too hard. I can know what the meaning the author wants to said, but I don't agree the author's opinion in some section. For example, the author said some showoffs who are basically insecure, so they want to show off. I think it is wrong. If they basically insecure, I think they will not think （that）himself is good and smart. And also they will not to show off, because they don't think he is fine even by himself. The showoffs said that 'how will they know that I'm good unless I tell them about it'. I think they said this reason is (that) they are narcissism. They think (that) he is very good and want(wants) other people can (to)know this more and quickly. Not like the author said that he is basically insecure.
The paragraph15 mentioned a woman who has self-restraint. They don't mention the massage he has been elected to the state senate. I think this event for event is proud. Even if she shows off is also moral. But she not does it. So we are filled with admiration.
