whmCS是一套集客戶管理、財務和幫助系統為一身的線上交易軟體，國內類似的軟體還有IDCSystem。主機商可以在WHMCS中輕鬆實現客戶信息管理、幫助系統管理、客戶訂單管理、客戶主機及域名等產品的管理。WHMCS支持當今最流行的主機控制臺如cPanel和Plesk等。
WHMCS支持多種語言，能夠整合多種支付網關如Paypal、Alipay、2CO等。我公司出售的WHMCS還免費贈送中文語言包，免費幫客戶實現Alipay（支付寶）付款接口。
