自從后街男孩的錄音室專輯《This Is Us》記錄結束後，卡特進入錄音室錄製第二張專輯的獨奏材料。2010年11月28日，一個新的歌曲，“Just One Kiss”，首次在日本電台播放。這首歌立即取得了成功，在日本公信榜的Top 100排行榜中立即取得了12名的成績。因此，卡特錄製了一系列的MV錄影帶，並宣布他的第二張專輯將於2011年2月2日在日本率先發布。在發布的第一周，這張專輯賣出了近1,0000張，首周在排行榜位居第8位，第二周降到17位，銷售了4103張。在第三周，它出售了3100份，再之後下降到30位。豪華版的專輯，以及附贈的DVD，將於2011年2月9日公開。由於專輯在日本的成功，因此卡特決定在美國發行專輯。美國的發行日期定在2011年5月24日；然而，卡特宣布專輯只會在美國發行數字版。卡特還宣布，首單“Just One Kiss”會在四月五日於美國發布。美版專輯的一首附贈歌曲“Remember”將會代替“Jewel In Our Heart”。美版還包括了一個“Just One Kiss”的舞曲混音。豪華版專輯包含了日本附贈的DVD的內容，也已經公布。這張專輯由於未在美國發行實體，只提供了數字版，所以不能在Billboard Hot200專輯榜上打榜，但在美國數字下載榜上取得No.14的成績。
