創作背景
《Begin Again》由泰勒本人獨立創作，歌曲的音樂製作由泰勒與丹恩·哈夫和內森·查爾曼合作完成。泰勒說這首歌講述的是當她在經歷過一段糟糕的關係最終分手，變得沮喪，並對所有感情都失去了安全感，然後一個又一個月過去，終於鼓起勇氣擦去心中的塵埃，重拾信心去再次約會，意識到愛情之火重新點燃的過程 。
