2006年下半年以來，由12歲的荷蘭少年歌手Terence演唱的歌
《兩個爸爸》在網際網路上廣為流傳。這首歌唱出了一家之中兩個
爸爸和一個孩子的快樂生活和身為同性配偶家庭孩子的自豪感，
讓許多網民尤其是同性戀者感動不以。

Terence在荷蘭VARA電台的少兒節目《兒童與兒童》中的現場演唱。這首歌還被收錄在該節目所出的一張面向少年兒童的專輯唱片中。
在節目中，主持人問現場的孩子們：“今天誰是跟媽媽一起來的”，“誰是跟爸爸一起來的”，“誰有兩個爸爸”？接著，主持人說：“Terence也有兩個爸爸，現在請他來唱關於兩個爸爸的歌”。

sometimes i get bullied at school 有時候我在學校被欺負
of course it's not nice 那滋味當然不好受
your parents they are homo 他們說你爸爸是同性戀
they find it strange 他們覺得很奇怪
then i just shrug my shoulders 我只是聳聳肩說
so what i'm their son 那又怎樣 我是他們的兒子
it's not ordinary 這是很奇怪
but for me it's quite ok 但對我來說 我不在乎

註：
荷蘭是歐洲第一批承認同性戀婚姻合法化的國家。在荷蘭同性婚姻與異性婚姻一樣被憲法保護，同性戀同樣可以收養孩子，過平常的日常生活。
即使這樣的國家也存在對同性戀的歧視，正如歌曲的最後一段，被收養的孩子在學校收到別的孩子的嘲笑時候，他勇敢的面對，並且很驕傲的正告他的同學：“可那又怎么樣？我是他們的兒子！”
無數人被這一幕深深打動了。愛的付出絕對是有回報的。勇敢的孩子，善良的心靈。
