The “enthusiastically” is a new word for me. In the dictionary I could not found [find] the “enthusiastically”, I could only found [find] the “enthusiastic” and it means “showing enthusiasm”. The meaning of the “enthusiasm” is “a feeling of energetic interest in a particular subject or activity and an eagerness to be involved in it”. And the “enthusiastically” is an adverb. In this sentence use [using] the “enthusiastically” to describe “contribute” and also to emphasize the importance of individual.
In the fifth paragraph, I found an interesting word---push. But in here I think the push is a noun, it means pressure. And the “constant push” is opposite to “less pressure”.
