The Czars原主唱John Grant與Midlake合作完成的個人首張專輯。提到The Czars，或許滿腦子就是那經典至極的Drug以及充滿憂傷旋律的團隊風格，而發行完6張質量頗高的錄音室作品後，04年樂隊便宣告解散。
或許就像他們苦澀悲壯的樂曲風格一般，選擇在幽微陰暗的氛圍中悄悄的支離破碎。而主音John Grant多年來並沒有閒著，多次與Midlake以及The Flaming Lips在巡迴表演中亮相，這次John Grant依舊選擇過去的廠牌Bella Union重新開始自己新的音樂歷程。
