個人簡介：
Damian Lewis生於倫敦，小時候就讀於伊頓公學，之後進入Guildhall School學習音樂和戲劇。畢業後，他加入英國劇院協會，從1993-1998年間，演出了大量的戲劇，主要是在皇家莎士比亞公司。在那段時間，他在百老匯Ralph Fiennes’中演過哈姆雷特，當然在倫敦也演過。
他最著名的電視劇是，在HBO短劇Band of Brothers中飾演美國二戰英雄Winters，和在The Forsyte Saga第一季和第二季中刻畫了Soames Forsyte ，因此得到金球獎提名。
他演過的電影有：Brides, Chromophobia, Keane等。
