這首歌的主題簡單明了，就是鄉村裡的女孩變得狂野，她們在舞台上盡情搖擺。
這首歌的靈感來源於一首Hip-Hop歌曲——Groove。當Luke有一天在收音機上聽到這首歌時，他突然覺得鄉村需要一首歌表達村里女孩想要動起來的心的歌曲。於是他找來Dallas Davidson一起創作了這首歌曲。這首歌完成後兩位創作人對這首歌的前景非常擔憂，一是這歌涉及的主題太少，二是歌曲旋律偏流行，擔心引起村里人的反感。於是Luke提前在11年的多場演唱會上表演這首歌曲，令他感到意外的是反響竟然相當不錯。在經過深思熟慮之後，他將這首歌曲定為了他第三張專輯的首支單曲。
內容及評價
雖然這首歌早在11年就釋出，但卻經久不衰。至今這首歌依然是Luke在巡演上經常演唱的歌曲，全場大合唱的場面十分壯觀。
這首歌是Luke第一首火起來的快歌，節奏動感，讓人聽著就想跟著跳舞，十分有感染力。
但由於編曲偏流行，這首歌的評價較為一般。有人評價這歌主題低俗而愚蠢，而且Luke的聲線並不適合這首歌。
