人物介紹
Martin Crieff（機長，Benedict Cumberbatch飾演）：
Martin六歲以前想變成飛機，六歲以後想開飛機。儘管這個夢想一直都被周圍的人認為是無法實現的，但事實是經過七次的考試，他終於拿到了飛行執照，並且成為了一位名副其實的機長（雖然這位大機長經常被乘客誤認為是乘務員或是行李搬運工）。
Douglas Richardson（副駕駛，Roger Allam飾演）：
比Martin大二十歲，在來到這家小公司之前在英國航空公司工作。資歷深厚且十分滑頭，因為只能屈居“二線”做副手而不甘，以“調戲”Martin為樂。
Carolyn Knapp-Shappey（女老闆，Stephanie Cole飾演）:
離婚後得到了一架飛機，於是就成立一個私人航空公司—— "MJN Air"("My Jet Now")。是一位很強勢且毒舌的老太太。
Arthur Shappey（乘務員，John Finnemore飾演）：
Carolyn的兒子，樂觀熱情的奔三小青年。曾經也想做飛行員，不過沒能實現，於是老媽讓他做了乘務員。小伙子樂於助人，雖然“助人”的結果總是被證明是在“幫倒忙”。

CAROLYN: He means we've landed.
