歷屆模聯
2009年7月，黑龍江大學首屆校園模擬聯合國大會在3號樓報告廳拉開帷幕。 此次活動由創業教育學院、校團委、西語學院聯合主辦。黑龍江大學副校長何穎，創業教育學院院長吳金秋，校團委副書記孫美暉，西語學院副院長尚曉明、副院長林偉傑、黨總支副書記、副院長李巾英等出席了開幕式。2010年6月，由校團委和創業教育學院聯合主辦，西語學院和黑龍江大學模擬聯合國協會承辦的“黑龍江大學第二屆模擬聯合國大會”在麗澤園三號教學樓地下報告廳舉行。創業教育學院院長吳金秋，校團委副書記吳珩，西語學院黨總支副書記、副院長李巾英，創業教育中心綜合辦公室主任李文達及校模擬聯合國團隊領隊教師杜松、馬卉等出席了開幕式。
2011年4月，由校團委和創業教育學院聯合主辦，西語學院和黑龍江大學模擬聯合國協會承辦的“黑龍江大學第三屆模擬聯合國大會在3號樓地下報告廳舉行。
2012年6月，黑龍江大學第四屆模擬聯合國大會開幕式暨第一次全體大會在3號教學樓隆重召開。
本次大會由創業教育學院、校團委和西語學院聯合主辦，西語學院承辦。本屆大會共有來自19個學院的156名同學分別代表40個國家或地區參加。本屆模擬聯合國大會將持續3天，於6月3日閉幕。
出席開幕式的領導和嘉賓有：校創業教育學院院長吳金秋、校黨委學工部部長、學生處處長丁宏、校教務處處長蔣鯤、校招生就業處處長黃強、校團委書記吳珩、西語學院黨總支書記徐文培、西語學院院長尹鐵超、校黨委學工部副部長、學生處副處長、心理健康教育中心主任李巾英、校招生就業處副處長陳寶鳳、校創業教育學院副院長閆雋、校團委副書記周成剛、西語學院黨總支副書記、副院長張晶平、西語學院副院長林偉傑、副院長尚曉明。
2013年6月， 黑龍江大學第五屆模擬聯合國大會第一次全體會議隆重召開 繼2013年黑龍江大學模擬聯合國大會開幕式結束後，第一次全體會議在3號樓地下報告廳召開。
參加此次會議的有來自3所高校的國家代表隊，大會主席團代表，模擬聯合國各部部長及幹事以及大會的志願服務人員，此外校園廣播電視台等相關媒體參加了此次會議。與會的模聯主席團成員有黑龍江大學模擬聯合國大會主席楊健，副主席劉麗菲，穆雪楠以及會議報告員沈忱，會議由主席楊健主持。首先楊健主席對各位與會人員表示歡迎並由會議報告員沈忱統計了代表國出席情況。本次會議的召開對與會國家進行了點名，明確了會議進程及議事規則，同時也激勵著模聯人繼續發揮優秀的模聯精神，推動著模聯隊伍的壯大和提高。本次會議的成功召開離不開工作人員的辛勤努力和各部門的密切配合。此次會議雖歷時較短，但極具效率質量的完成了任務部署和工作動員。體現了模聯人的務實品格和效率意識，樹立了模聯對內對外的良好形象。
黑龍江大學模擬聯合國大會與中國模擬聯合國大會
2007年10月13日由中國聯合國協會、澳大利亞人權與機會均等委員會、黑龍江大學等單位共同舉辦的2007中國模擬聯合國大會，吸引了來自東北、京津、華東、華南和西部地區的38所院校，以及香港青年大專學生協會和澳大利亞新南威爾斯大學共40餘所學校的200餘名大學生前來赴會。在2天的會議中，大學生們將模擬聯合國人權理事會的全會及分委會，遵照其議事程式及規則，圍繞“受教育權、貧窮與人權”的主題進行大會發言和討論。
在這一活動的過程中，大會模擬聯合國人權理事會的職能，各校的青年學生們成立代表隊，扮演聯合國人權理事會的“成員國”外交官，以聯合國大會的形式，以英語為工作語言，闡述觀點、政策辯論、投票表決、做出決議。據介紹，舉辦“模擬聯合國大會”的目在於宣傳聯合國，普及聯合國知識，增進青年學生對聯合國事務的了解，鼓勵他們對聯合國事務的參與，強化他們對聯合國的支持，培養他們的協作精神，引導學生們在聯合國框架內，以和平磋商，協調解決國際大事，鍛鍊領導力、決斷力和學術研究能力。
“模擬聯合國”活動在美國等許多國家已經流傳了50多年，全球已有40多萬個高中、大學在從事此活動。不同文化、不同膚色、不同觀點的學生將了解別國文化、見識別樣觀點，學會合作、溝通、求同存異，相互得益，最終有益於全球人類的進步與發展。據了解，自2004年起，中國聯合國協會已分別在北京、西安和四川舉辦過三次“中國模擬聯合國大會”。

General Introduction to HLJUMUN and the SecretariatThe Heilongjiang University Model United Nations Association, as the only invited college team in Northeastern China, attended China National Model United Nations Conference in 2005 and 2006. Ever since, it has become one of the permanent members of this national student activity. Various awards it has won demonstrate the continual growth and strengthening of this team. Among these awards, there are Outstanding Delegation, Best Delegate, Outstanding Delegate, Honorable Mentioned Delegate, and Position Paper Awards.
If the years 2005 and 2006 could be described as the taking-off phase of the association, then these six years, from 2007 to 2013, are the ripening stages of it. In the year 2007, the team was honorably authorized to organize 2007 China National Model United Nations Conference. The delicate and thoughtful organization shown by the association was sang high praise of commonly by the United Nations Association of China, Australian Agency for International Development, Australian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission, as well as hundreds of students and faculty advisers from more than 40 colleges and universities home and abroad. And in these three years, besides CNMUN, the association had also set foot in other regional and international MUN conferences, such as the famous Hong Kong MUN, the well-known Moscow International MUN, and the most prestigious MUN of the world-- the annual Harvard National Model United Nations Conference. In the year 2010, we have successfully organized our university's MUN conference, which has a great influence not only in our school, but also around Harbin and even nationwide. Our delegates have participated in Global Model United Nations in Malaysia, China National Model United Nations, Hong Kong Model United Nations. We are proud to say, that we have achieved a lot, in our participation, our delegates are highly appreciated and won lots of prizes. We are prospering and progressing, with your join-in, we do believe, all of us will meet more achievements!
Gratifyingly, the association is still on its way of strengthening. And it always looks forward to welcoming more and more schoolmates who wish to learn, to share, and to grow in here. Surely, the joint efforts of all the team members will lead to a better future of Heilongjiang University MUN Association.
