主要研究方向（Research Interests)
以蛋白質晶體X射線衍射為主要手段，結合多種生物化學和生物物理等方法，研究RNA沉默和表觀遺傳學領域中蛋白質與核酸、蛋白質與蛋白質之間相互作用的三維結構基礎及其重要成份的分子機制。
Using X-ray crystallography as a major method, in combination with various biophysical and biochemical methods，to study the 3-D structural basis of protein-nucleic acid and protein-protein interactions and molecular mechanisms of key components in the fields of RNA silencing and epigenetics.
