高尚行(Stephen Shangxing Gao), 1964年生於中國山東。美國密蘇里科技大學地球物理學教授。1984年畢業於山東海洋學院(今中國海洋大學)海洋地質系。1993及1995年分獲洛杉磯加利福尼亞大學(UCLA)地球物理與空間物理碩士及博士學位。主要研究方向為地球深部結構與地震時空分布。

1990-1995:洛杉磯加利福尼亞大學(UCLA)地球與空間科學系research assistant.
1995-1997:UCLA 地球與空間科學系博士後研究員。
