個人簡歷

上海交通大學Bio-X研究院特聘副研究員,發育功能基因組學組副組長。安徽科技學院學士,長春軍需大學碩士,上海交通大學博士。目前承擔一項國家自然科學基金項目“調節Hedgehog信號蛋白穩定性及影響範圍的分子機制的研究”,負責一項973計畫子課題“集胞藻基因組功能分析及其脂肪酸代謝途徑的最佳化與重建”。

研究方向

A-1型短指(趾)症致病基因IHH在骨發育中的功能分析;Wnt,BMP及Hedgehog等信號通路在皮膚及毛囊幹細胞發育中的作用;合成生物學中特定生物學功能模組的設計與開發,及人工生命體的探索與創新性研究。
