韋敏[電子科技大學副教授]

韋敏:女,電子科技大學副教授,1975年生。1996年畢業於電子科技大學並留校工作至今。現主要研究方向為低維材料製備,半導體光電材料與器件及氧化物阻變性質。主講本科生 "數字邏輯與技術"、“軟體技術基礎”、“高級語言程式設計”、 “半導體光電器件”等課程,2009年獲校青年教師教學優秀獎。曾參與完成部級預研、自然科學基金、國家重點實驗室開放基金、企業橫向合作等多項項目研究,獲省部級科技進步二等獎1項;在Journal of Applied physics、Journal of Materials Science、Material bulletin research、發光學報、光電子 雷射、材料導報等國內外核心期刊和國際會議上發表學術論文多篇;在美國聖地亞哥召開的SPIE2014年會上作邀請報告並發表邀請論文。
