研究方向

主要研究興趣是系統生物學和轉化醫學,即用計算生物學和多組學整合方法,鑑定臨床有顯著套用價值的基因(人)和/或微生物(腸道或腫瘤部位),開發新方法改造細菌基因組或原位操縱細菌豐度。研究組主要研究內容包括:1)腸道或腫瘤部位微生物動態變化與疾病的關係,以及對治療效果的影響;2)微生物基因組改造,使之適合作為腫瘤治療或靶向藥物運送工具;3)噬菌體作為操縱腸道微生物豐度的工具研究及套用;4)與腫瘤預後相關基因標記(突變、基因表達豐度)研究;5)用機器學習方法整合/發現基因突變或表達signature,以建立可用於疾病風險預測和診斷的數學模型。

截止2018年3月,發表第一作者/通訊作者發表文章近20篇,其中包括Science、Molecular Systems Biology、Nature Communications、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Nucleic Acids Research等著名雜誌。H-index為20。曾任美國人類長壽公司(HLI)顧問(2015年),北京基因組學研究所客座研究(2015年)員。
