學習工作經歷
1997年7月：東北農業大學食品科學專業獲學士學位。
2001年2月：哈爾濱商業大學食品科學專業獲碩士學位。
2004年6月：中國農業大學食品科學專業獲博士學位。
2008.1-2008.3：美國麻省大學短期訪問。
2004.7-至今：在中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院工作。
2012.6-2013.6：荷蘭瓦赫寧根大學訪問學者，師從Willlem M devos教授。
教學工作
曾主講《基因工程原理》與《細胞工程原理》本科生課程，主講《分子生物學基礎》和《分子生物學實驗》兩門本科生課程，開設研究生《基因重組及表達技術》實驗課程。
社會兼職
農業部奶業產業化專家組成員。

主持在研項目包括：
主持國家自然基金項目“植物乳桿菌素BM-1的結構鑑定及抑菌機制研究”1項；教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫項目“保加利亞乳桿菌保加利亞乳桿菌CAUH1酸脅迫應答機制研究”1項。
參與的在研項目：
十二五農村領域國家科技計畫課題 “傳統發酵乳製品微生物資源開發與產業化關鍵技術”，公益性行業（農業）科研專項經費項目“傳統乳製品現代化生產技術研究與示範”和十二五農村領域國家科技計畫課“安全高效飼料添加劑創製與套用”等6項

參編《食品生物技術導論》和《現代釀造技術》兩部書籍，在國內外學術期刊累計發表論文近50篇，SCI收錄第一作者或通訊作者論文21篇。單篇影響因子最高為5.943，影響因子累計為52。
