趙小立[浙江大學遺傳學研究所副教授]

趙小立，浙江大學遺傳學研究所 副教授，浙江省生物化學與分子生物學學會常務理事。1983年杭州大學生物系本科畢業，1990年杭州大學生物系動物學專業細胞生物學方向碩士畢業，留校承擔《生物化學》、《基因工程實驗》等課程的教學工作，是國家精品課《生命科學導論》團隊的主要骨幹。1997.8-1998.7赴美國Valpraso大學作訪問學者。曾作為主要骨幹參加首屆“863”項目—草魚抗出血病的細胞工程和基因工程育種，參與了魚類細胞融合、魚類細胞核移植和轉基因魚的培育，部分成果收入“經濟魚類細胞融合研究”項目，並獲得93年浙江省科技進步獎優秀獎（本人列第五完成人）；參加浙江省攻關項目—大麥抗黃花葉病的細胞工程和基因工程育種，建立了國際上第一個抗大麥黃花葉病毒的單克隆抗體雜交瘤細胞株，並建立了大麥黃花葉病毒的免疫檢測技術。相關成果獲得了 97年浙江省科技進步獎二等獎（本人列第五完成人）；參加飼料複合酶製劑研究技術的研究，誘變篩選出一株高產複合酶菌株，相關成果獲95年浙江省科技進步獎三等獎（本人列第三完成人）。

2000年以來主要參與人和小鼠的胚胎幹細胞的建系及定向分化研究，參與建立了浙江省第一株人胚胎幹細胞系，用哈佛大學贈送的人胚胎幹細胞系和自己建立細胞系，定向誘導出血管平滑肌、心肌、神經細胞等成體細胞；用小鼠胚胎幹細胞及大鼠和兔骨髓間充質幹細胞為材料，定向誘導出成骨細胞、神經細胞、胰島細胞、心肌細胞等成體細胞，探討了有關分化發育的機理。近來還開展了人和小鼠誘導型胚胎幹細胞（iPS）建系。
