簡介
葛根年,男,1969年2月生,教育部“長江學者獎勵計畫”特聘教授、國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選、教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”入選者、浙江省“新世紀151人才工程”第一層次培養人員。1986年9月—1990年7月南京師範大學數學系 (本科)
1990年9月—1993年7月 蘇州大學數學系 (碩士)
1996年6月在蘇州大學獲博士學位,1996年8月至2001年8月在蘇州大學任教,2001年9月至2002年8月在加拿大CONCORDIA大學從事博士後研究工作,2002年9月至2004年2月在美國VERMONT大學任訪問助理教授。2004年3月回國,在浙江大學任教授、博士生導師。
長期從事組合設計理論及其套用研究,具體內容涉及組合設計理論、編碼密碼學、計算機科學、生物信息學和統計學等領域。迄今在《Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A》、《siamJournal on Discrete Mathematics》、《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》、《Mathematics of Computation》等國內外重要期刊上發表學術論文117篇,其中SCI收錄103篇。美國數學會MathSciNet資料庫統計顯示:已發表論文被152位作者共引用達606次。ISI Web of Knowledge中Web of Science資料庫統計顯示:已發表的103篇SCI收錄論文至今被SCI收錄論文引用總頻次為660、當前H指數(h-index)為14。現任中國組合數學與圖論學會副理事長、國際組合數學及其套用協會Fellow。目前受邀擔任國際組合設計界權威SCI期刊《Journal of Combinatorial Designs》及《The Open Mathematics Journal》、《International Journal of Combinatorics》、《Advances and Applications in Discrete Mathematics》四個國際期刊的編委。曾獲得由國際組合數學及其套用協會頒發的—“Hall Medal”、第十一屆中國青年科技獎、教育部高等學校科學技術獎自然科學二等獎、第八屆浙江省青年科技獎、浙江省高等學校科研成果一等獎(2項)、第七屆全國統計科學研究優秀成果二等獎。
