內容提要
英語文體學理論與實踐隨著中外交流及合作的領域在不斷擴展，內容不斷加深，將我國的科技發展現狀與獨特文化介紹給世界各國成為翻譯工作者面臨巨大的挑戰，需要他們成為既精通英語又具備基本專業知識的複合型人才。傳統翻譯教材往往側重於翻譯方法和技巧，實用性較差，無法滿足時代要求。
