羅曉星是第四軍醫大學藥學系副主任,藥理學教研室教授,先後承擔國家“重大新藥創製”科技重大專項課題1項,“863”重大專項分題1項,國家自然科學基金8項,軍隊醫學科研課題3項,省市級課題3項,科研經費總計470餘萬元。

簡介:

羅曉星,第四軍醫大學藥學系副主任,藥理學教研室教授,博士研究生導師。 1989年和1993年分別獲第四軍醫大學藥理學專業碩士學位和博士學位。先後任第四軍醫大學藥理學教研室助教、講師、副教授、教授。 先後在紐西蘭奧塔古大學藥學院、日本大阪大學醫學院、美國耶魯大學醫學院留學深造。目前擔任中國藥理學會理事,解放軍醫學科學技術委員會委員,陝西省藥理學會副理事長,陝西省生理學會常務理事。獲總後優秀教師稱號和軍隊院校育才銀獎,榮立三等功1次,嘉獎多次。獲軍隊科技進步二等獎2項,陝西省自然科學優秀論文1等獎1項,二等獎2項。 發表科研論文論文100餘篇,其中SCI收錄30餘篇,主編、副主編專著3部,參編專著6部。申報發明專利6項。先後承擔國家“重大新藥創製”科技重大專項課題1項,“863”重大專項分題1項,國家自然科學基金8項,軍隊醫學科研課題3項,省市級課題3項,科研經費總計470餘萬元。

主要研究方向:

主要從事分子藥理學研究,目前開展以下三個方向的研究:
1. 耐藥致病細菌治療新策略與新藥物的研究: 我們採用反義策略,從阻斷細菌耐藥基因和致病相關基因的表達入手,研製全新的具有準確靶向、高效轉運、特異阻斷耐藥靶基因的反義抗菌劑,旨在為新型抗耐藥藥物的研製提供新思路和新策略,同時也為為耐藥細菌感染治療探索新途徑。
2. 交感性組胺在心血管系統的生物學效應的研究:交感神經系統內多種遞質的共存和突觸前受體調控神經傳遞,構成了複雜的交感神經傳遞和調控體系。我們發現組胺是一種交感神經共存遞質,並發現交感神經存在組胺能調控系統。然而對於交感組胺能系統如何調控心血管系統的功能仍有許多未解之謎。目前我們正在對交感組胺能系統參與調控交感神經可塑性的規律、分子機制,及其調控心血管系統功能進行深入研究,旨在揭示交感神經組胺能系統的調控心血管功能的生理和病理生理學意義。
3.新型抗糖尿病藥物的研究:我們實驗室與美國加州大學科學家合作,採用獨創性的前體藥物設計新思路,套用基因工程方法,已創製出了一種新型抗糖尿病藥物,前期研究結果顯示出良好的降血糖效果,並已證明其具備長效降血糖,促進胰島增殖、促進胰島素釋放,提高糖耐受性等功效,且不降低正常血糖;同時可以明顯減少動物攝食,減輕體重。目前正在對其製劑工藝、安全性和藥代動力學進行研究。
