William Cowper’s 1782 hunch has been proven right:” Happiness depends, as Nature shows, less on exterior things than most suppose.” Better clues come from knowing what traits a person has and whether the person enjoys a supportive network of close Relationships.
In my opinion, there is no doubt that happiness has the connection with the gene, but actually isn’t the decisive happy key. Close relationships also can mark happy lives. Thankfully, however, the benefits of close relationships with friends and family usually outweigh the strains. If you frequently maintain the happy mood, then your friends and your spouse also can be influenced and feel extremely joyfully. For more than nine in ten people, the most significant alternative to be not alone is marriage. A supportive, intimate, committed relationship is the greatest satisfaction of life. An optimistic open and bright person always has the methods to make his/her time full of the happy mood, that is happy life which I esteem.
