人物評價
白勇主持了數十個大型船舶結構、海底管線/立管、水下生產系統、海洋平台結構設計、分析與風險評估項目。創立了立管的流固耦合振動理論、共振與疲勞強度分析、海底水流、共振與立管動力回響評估理論,提出了深水海底管道的抗屈曲和極限承載能力設計理論,從根本上改進了海底管道所採用的設計方法,分析手段和設計許容標準等,達到了國際領先水平,在工程實踐中也得到了廣泛的套用,在行業內享有較高的知名度 。
