北京航空航天大學學士,日本東京工業大學碩士和博士,東京大學博士後(JSPS)。現任教授、博士生導師。2006年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”計畫和上海市“浦江人才計畫”,2011年獲中國分析測試協會科學技術獎一等獎;2013年獲得日本化學會“The Distinguished Lectureship Award”和國家自然科學基金委傑出青年基金。
致力於活性氧及氧化應激過程的分析化學研究。以活性氧及與氧化應激過程密切相關的生物小分子如氫離子等為研究對象,針對活性氧及氧化應激過程的關鍵科學問題,進行了深入而系統的研究:基於雙重識別設計與無機-有機複合表界面的研究,建立了選擇性好、靈敏度高、回響速度快的活性氧及氧化應激相關分子的分析新方法;利用所發展的分析方法,發現了細胞釋放活性氧與胞內pH、金屬離子等的關係;率先研究了氧化應激模型下、鼠腦中活性氧等生物小分子的濃度變化與生理病理活動的關係。近年來,以通訊聯繫人發表論文45篇,包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Anal. Chem.、Chem.-Eur. J.、Chem. Commun. 等。所發表論文被Chem. Rev.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Anal. Chem.他引1291次。
