王長有，男， 1968年出生，江西東鄉人，博士、教授、碩士生導師，重慶郵電大學套用數學研究所所長，重慶市自然科學基金評審專家，重慶郵電大學學術帶頭人。《數學學報》、《高校套用數學學報》、《北京工業大學學報》（EI源）及《天津工業大學學報》（EI源）等國內外重要刊物審稿專家。

研究領域或方向：泛函微分方程、偏泛函微分方程、分數階微分方程、差分方程、複雜系統的動態行為與控制、流體動力學與氣體動力學、信息與計算理論、控制理論與控制工程、生物數學。參與的科研團隊有：（1）套用數學研究所；（2）系統科學研究中心。
