當代中國宜興陶藝名家
1965年生於宜興陶都，自幼受紫砂陶藝術薰染，熱衷於紫砂事業。1983年從事紫砂壺藝的設計與製作，師從大師李昌鴻，並在中央工藝美術學院（清華大學美術學院）陶瓷設計系進修深造。由於具有較好的美術基礎，很快在同行列中出類拔萃。二十餘來，勤奮研習，其作品古樸甜醇，在平穩中求動感，流暢中求曲變，傳統中求新意，小品中求大氣，大品中求細膩，實用中求美觀，文雅中求情趣……曾多次參加馬來西亞、澳門等海內外精品大展。其作品多次榮獲海內外精品展各獎項，並為中央工藝美術學院，陳列館，文物館，博物館所收藏，併入選《藝術與收藏》、《宜陶人》、《壺魂》、《當代中國紫砂圖典》、《紫砂典藏》、《中國紫砂文化與藝術》等紫砂書刊。其業績載入《首屆宜興陶藝新人新作獲獎作品集》、《中國十大茗壺集》和《中國工藝美術精品展獲獎作品集》等。並在河北省電視台、南寧電視台等台作專題報導。
Xingjun Wang, Crafts Master, the member of China arts and crafts' association, an outstand ceramic art in middleage group.
Born in YiXing, Jiangsu Province, 1965, he was immersed in the Zisha ceramic art from childhood, and he has been hankering after it. Wang began to at Zisha ceramic art in 1983, and he was under the leadship of Master Changhong Li. Later, he went to the department of ceramic design, the Academy of Art of Tsinghua University (the Central Academy of Arts & Design) for further education. Due to the excellent foundation of art, he was becoming outstanding among the craft brothers. In the last two decades, he has been researching in the very field intensivly.His work are full of primitive simplicity and sweetness。He pursues motion in placidity, innovation in tradition, openness in minuteness, delicacy in magnificence, beauty in utility, sentiment in elegance......He had attended many elite exhibitions held in Malaysia, Macao etc, and received many rewords for his works。His artworks were collected by many famous exhibitions, galleries, and were selected by lots of magazines, books on Zisha ceramic art:"Art and Collect", "The ceramic people of Yixing", "Soul of Ceramic ", "The assemblage of Yixing ceramic artist of presentday", "The collection of Zisha", "The culture and art of China's Zisha ceramic art"。 His outstanding achievements have been in scroll into "The awarded works' Collection of Ist Yixing ceramic art's new crafters & works competition ", "The Collection of the China's Top 10 famous teapots", The awarded works'collection of the elite exhibition on Zisha ceramic art", and has been reported by the Hebei TV, NaningTv, etc。
