人物經歷
1988.8-1992.6 蘭州大學生物系細胞生物學專業,獲學士學位。
1999.9-2004.6 蘭州大學生命科學學院細胞生物學專業,獲理學博士學位。
2005.7-2007.1 新加坡國立大學醫學院生理學系,作為Research Fellow從事線粒體解偶聯蛋白(UCP)功能方面以及巨大阿米巴變形蟲線粒體內膜立體結構與氧化脅迫的關係研究。
1992.6-1999.7 唐山市冀東製藥廠。
2004.7-至今 蘭州大學生命科學學院生物物理研究所副教授。
研究方向
現主要研究方向為線粒體自由基相關的天然產物抗氧化機理與衰老和腫瘤關係研究。理論方面重點從線粒體內膜解偶聯蛋白表達調控角度探討自由基與衰老、壽命及腫瘤的關係,實踐方面主要從中藥天然產物對端粒長度、端粒酶活性、細胞分化、血管生成以及細胞凋亡等方面的影響研究和開發天然產物的生物學活性。
