王建元,西北工業大學理學院副教授

王建元:男,出生年月1981,博士,西北工業大學理學院副教授,所屬套用物理系,研究方向材料物理與化學:低維材料物理

2006年留校任教,2010年獲得“材料物理與化學”博士學位。

主講“近代物理實驗”、“大學物理實驗”等5門課程。2013年獲得西北工業大學最滿意教師稱號,2014年獲西北工業大學吳亞軍優秀教師獎。

目前研究方向為:(1)氧化物功能薄膜的製備及光電、磁電性質研究.主要包括:基於摻雜錳酸鹽的混合體系的磁電阻效應;基於摻雜錳酸鹽、鈦酸鹽、氧化鋅、矽材料的異質結光電性質;基於鈣鈦礦結構氧化物複合薄膜、超晶格的鐵磁鐵電性質研究。(2)強物理場下的合金液固相變過程研究。

主持國家自然基金2項、陝西省自然科學基金1相,主持完成航空科學基金1項。共發表SCI索引論文30餘篇,作為主要完成人獲得陝西省科學技術三等獎。近來發表的部分主要論文為:
