簡介
師從卓仁禧院士。先後在新加坡生命醫學中心、約翰·霍普金斯大學醫學院生物醫學工程系從事研究工作。2004年12月,入選中國科學院“引進國外傑出人才”。
研究方向
1.生物醫用高分子材料;
2·蛋白質和核酸的高分子傳遞體系;
3·基因治療和組織工程。

1·聚磷酸酯高分子生物材料的合成方法學及性能評價;
2·生物可降解納米材料的製備及其細胞轉運調節和機制;
3·可注射生物可降解高分子水凝膠的製備及生物醫用;
4·藥物控制釋放及靶向輸送載體的構建及生物學功效;
5·RNA干擾及siRNA藥物靶向輸送及關鍵技術;
6·癌症基因治療新型傳輸載體、細胞轉運機制及功效;
7·組織工程“人工骨”支架材料及組織工程新方法。
