作者：(英國)赫德利·布爾
赫德利·布爾，英國學派最具代表性和學術影響的理論家。他曾在倫敦經濟學院、哥倫比亞大學、牛津大學、澳大利亞國立大學等基石學府執教、訪問、講學和研究。在此期間，他還先後擔任澳大利亞國立大學太平洋研究院國際關係學系主任、牛律大學蒙塔古·伯頓講席教授、英國國際政治理論委員會主席。其代表作《無政府社會：世界政治秩序研究》至今仍是國際關係學界的重要研讀對象。
內容簡介
在本書中，布爾探討了三個主要問題：世界政治秩序的本質是什麼？在當代國家體系中，秩序如何得以維持？通往世界秩序的何種替代道路是可行的和適當的？與許多膚淺的觀點相反，他認為主權國家體系沒有衰落，它並不是世界秩序的障礙，而是其重要的基石。
