傳奇校長管理
校長鬍正明，四川綿陽人，中共黨員，西華師範大學公共事業管理專業、四川省委黨校經濟管理專業“雙本科畢業”；四川師範大學教育學原理研究生。有中學高級教師、國家高級電工“雙高級職稱”，是國家註冊家用電器維修技師和國家註冊的教育諮詢師，高分通過國家職稱計算機B級考試。有多篇論文獲國家級獎勵；先後有《電工基礎》《黑白電視機原理與維修》《彩色電視機原理》《家用電器原理與維修》等書籍出版發行；連續兩屆榮獲“四川省人民政府教育科研優秀成果二等獎”、“綿陽市優秀教師”、“綿陽市優秀科技人才”、是“綿陽市優秀青年知識分子”、深入到全國三十多個城市的五十餘所學校進行考察學習，受政府委派，先後到義大利、奧地利、越南等多個國家進行教育考察學習。2006年從153名應聘者中脫穎而出，成功應聘擔任安徽省合肥市文博中學校長。今年又以絕對優勢成功應聘擔任歷城雙語實驗學校校長。校長豐富的經歷就是一筆寶貴的財富對於提高學校管理水平和辦學質量上具獨特的優勢。

歷城雙語實驗學校創建於2005年，坐落於濟南市東部新城，占地面積96畝，環境優雅，設施先進。經過前任校長的精心管理和全體教師的共同努力，其辦學規模由原來的400餘人發展到今天的1000餘人，學校的辦學水平得到各級的廣泛好評：“全國特色項目實驗學校”、“省航模示範學校”、“市體育傳統項目學校”、“市科普示範學校”、“全國中華文化經典誦讀示範單位”、“國家外語研究中心實驗學校”等榮譽稱號；是“省級規範化學校”、“省航海模型優秀示範學校”、“市三星級少先隊規範化學校”、“市體育傳統項目學校”、“市科普示範學校”；學校女足獲市足球比賽冠軍，管樂隊蟬聯區“金號獎”四連冠，學校連年被評為區教書育人先進單位。在此基礎上組建九年一貫制學校，為保證中學教學質量的提高奠定了堅實的基礎。

AN BRIEF INTRODUCTION
OF LICHENG BILINGUAL EXPERIMENTAL SCHOOL
The Bilingual Experimental School of Licheng District, Jinan City, lying in the newly-developed eastern urban of Jinan, was built in 2005 with its beautiful environments, advanced facilities and strict administration. It’s a provincial level standardization school.
The Superior Schooling Facilities: Our school is equipped with 32 functional rooms: internet-multimedia classrooms and audiovisual systems, including highlevel computer classrooms, multimedia classrooms,listening classrooms, teaching-instrument classrooms, laboratory rooms, library, readingrooms and science knowledge room. It has various sorts of facilities: a 400-metre plastic truck playground, a football field,many basketball, pinpong & tennis courts. The highquality installations set up a great platform for education and teaching.
The Excellent Teachers: There are 16 classrooms, 820 students, 47 teachers, 43 of them getting the normal college diplomas, and 100% of the diploma reaching the requirement. There are 29 senior primary school teachers, 6 excellent headteachers and 3 key teachers of city-grade, and as well as 7 headteachers, 8 teaching experts & key teachers of districtgrade, and 19 teachers among them who are the winners in the demonstrationclasses in both grades of district & city. All of the above has laid deep foundations to improve the quality of education.
