人生經歷
90年代詩歌和寫作1985年在西南民院就讀預科；
1986年入華東師範大學中文系，任夏雨詩社社長，上海市大學生詩人聯合會理事長；
1990年3月被選拔參加上海作家協會舉辦的第三屆青年作家（詩人）創作班，赴崇明島，舟山群島等地體驗生活一個月；
1990年6月被分配至西北民族學院黨委宣傳部校刊編輯室工作；
1994年9—12月，在中國社會科學院研究生院作家班進修結業；
1996年，第四屆國際《格薩爾》會議在西北民族學院召開，負責宣傳工作的具體策劃實施，以及電視片解說詞、簡報、新聞發布會、專刊及社會新聞媒體等稿件的撰寫及編輯；
1997年在奇正藏藥集團青海市場部，任廣告策劃部主任，四州一地總經理；策劃《奇正藏文化知識手冊》，由董事長親自作序後，作為員工必備下發；
策劃、主編的《藏族當代詩人詩選（漢文卷）》，是藏族歷史上第一本收錄最全的藏族詩人用漢語創作的詩歌選集。1997年5月由青海人民出版社出版，1999年2月該書獲甘肅省首屆“五個一工程”優秀圖書獎；
1997年與藏族文學期刊《章恰爾》合作，提供其歷史上第一個廣告（奇正藏藥）項目；
1997年12月，參與寫作關於西藏歷史的全景式通俗讀物《藏域春秋》（上下冊），1998年1月青海人民出版社出版；
1998年調至《西北民族學院學報（哲社版）》任編輯；
1999年策劃成立西藏妙音工作室。以“朝覲心靈的聖地”為理念，開始策劃、編輯、出版拍攝《愛心中爆發的智慧書系》、《聖地梵音》等藏族文化的書籍、音像品；
2000年11月，被邀請參加由中國藏學研究中心和四川藏學所主辦的“西部大開發與西藏和其他藏區的現代化研討會”；
2001年，應邀為雲南香格里拉藏藥集團公司做藏文化系列策劃；
2002年6月，詩集《夢幻之旅》由民族出版社出版；
2003年，個人詩集《夢幻之旅》獲甘肅省人民政府第四屆敦煌文藝文學類一等獎；
2004年4月20日，在蘭州創辦開通藏人文化網；
2004年8月，在清華大學“暢銷書策劃與行銷”高級研修班學習並取得結業證書；
2004年11月以藏人文化網創辦人身份被邀請赴美國三一學院和哈佛大學參加國際會議。
2005年2月，創辦藏族歷史上第一個中文部落格“藏人文化部落格”和第一個網上交友徵婚的“雪域情緣”網。
2005年，和藏族作曲家更嘎才旦合作歷時數年主編而成的藏族作曲家作品集《唐古拉風——藏族當代流行金曲集》出版；
2006年12月16日，在蘭州創辦NGO組織甘肅省藏人文化發展促進會；
2007年1月5日，和藏人文化網總編輯才旺瑙乳做客新浪，接受關於藏人文化網及藏族文化的訪談；
2007年出版和萬瑪才旦聯合撰寫的蓮花生大師傳記《大師在西藏》；
2007年在成都創辦整合五省藏區旅遊資源的藏地旅遊網；
2007年應邀多次赴雲南迪慶藏族自治州，為其策劃2008年度第六屆康巴藝術節大型活動；
2009年4月20日，在成都創辦融匯網上購物和交友功能的“藏地生活服務休閒社區”布達拉網。
2009年出版歷時數年時間編著而成的藏族文化知識基本讀物《藏族文化常識300題》；
2009年年底，為方便用戶搜尋使用涉藏網站，創辦藏網大全；
2010年，應邀擔任中國海外藏族協會（洛杉磯）副秘書長。
