於燁

於燁,男,1977年11月出生,理學博士,現任上海交通大學醫學院醫學科學研究院研究員,蛋白質結構與功能研究組組長。1997-2001,湖南農業大學理學院生物工程系生物工程專業,理學學士; 2001-2006,蘭州大學生命科學學院,多肽生物化學與藥物化學博士;2006-2010,中國科學院上海生命科學學院、神經科學研究所博士後;2011年-至今,上海交通大學醫學院/醫學科學研究院研究員,課題組長。
近年來一直從事蛋白質/多肽的結構和功能研究,擅長利用化學生物學、生物物理、分子藥理、分子生物學、計算生物學等多學科交差的技術研究蛋白的結構與功能的關係及其相關的分子發現,取得了一系列較為重要的成果。已在Neuron, PLoS Biol., J Biol Chem, Cell Res., Mol Pain, Biochem Pharm., ChemMedChem, Peptides, J Neurosci., Neurosci., BBA Mol. Res., J Pharmacol Exp. Ther 等國際知名學術雜誌上發表SCI論文20篇,其中第一作者14篇(含共同第一作者),篇均影響因子約5。主持完成國家自然科學基金委青年科學基金項目、“中國博士後科學基金”項目、“中國科學院王寬誠基金”資助項目、中國科學院上海生命科學研究院優秀青年人才領域前沿項目各1項。曾獲蘭州大學“香港求是基金會”研究生獎,中國博士後科學基金一等獎,中國科學院上海生命科學研究院優秀青年人才獎勵,賽諾菲-安萬特優秀青年人才獎勵。
