人物經歷
1984年7月畢業於湖北師範學院物理系,獲學士學位。
1993.9~1995.12華中理工大學凝聚態物理專業研究生,獲理學碩士學位及華中理工大學優秀碩士學位論文一等獎。
1996.3~1997.3 在英國倫敦大學帝國理工學院(Imperial College London)電子工程系光半導體器件研究室訪問工作,同Mino Green教授合作,從事多孔二氧化矽及WO3光半導體器件方面的研究工作。
1997.9~2000.11華中理工大學雷射技術國家重點實驗室博士研究生,主要從事脈衝準分子雷射技術沉積三氧化鎢、五氧化二釩寬頻隙薄膜及電致變色器件方面的研究工作,獲電子科學技術學科(物理電子學專業)工學博士學位和湖北省優秀博士學位論文獎。
2001~2003年在清華大學電子工程系集成光電子學國家重點實驗室做博士後。主要從事寬頻隙ZnO、MgO薄膜及場致電子發射器件方面的研究工作。期間獨立承擔並完成中國博士後基金項目一項。作為主要成員參加了國家自然科學基金、教育部博士點基金項目,國家經貿委資助(場助熱電子發射平板顯示器件)研究項目、清華大學985項目(場助電子發射顯示陰極)的研究工作。
2003年7月博士後出站來武漢大學物理科學與技術學院工作。
2003.12~2004.12再次作為訪問學者在英國倫敦大學帝國理工學院電子工程系從事納米島光刻技術、矽納米結構、納微米加工技術、場致電子發射等方面的研究工作。
現為國際信息顯示器協會(SID)會員、全國高協組織教材研究與編寫委員會委員、湖北省青年科技工作者協會理事、國家自然科學基金委信息學部、數理學部、材料科學與工程學部通訊評審人。J. Phys Chem、Physica Status Solidi A、Physica Status Solidi:RRL、Nano Trends、Electrochemical and Solid State Letters、Journal of Material Science and Technology、Journal of Material Science、《物理學報》《物理化學學報》《功能材料與器件學報》等重要學術雜誌的特邀審稿人。
研究方向
目前主要從事納米島光刻技術(Island Lithography)及矽納米器件、氧化物半導體低維納米結構及發光顯示器件、寬禁帶半導體光電子薄膜及場致電子發射器件等方面的研究工作。
1.有機無機複合薄膜太陽能電池(光伏器件);
2.氧化鋅(ZnO)基場致電子發射發光顯示、紫外探測及電致紫外發光器件;
3.寬禁帶半導體光電薄膜與場效應電晶體(MOSFET、TFT)。
主講課程
承擔本科生課程:半導體器件物理(I); 微電子工藝原理與實踐;矽平面工藝與光電薄膜綜合實驗(異質結器件製備與表征).
研究生課程:半導體器件物理(II); 納米光電子材料與器件。

多篇論文被國際國內刊物他人引用。目前在國家自然科學基金、湖北省新世紀高層次人才計畫資助下,主要從事納米島光刻技術(Island Lithography)及矽納米器件、氧化物半導體低維納米結構及發光顯示器件、寬禁帶半導體光電子薄膜及場致電子發射器件等方面的研究工作。
碩士研究生已畢業9人。現指導博士生7人,碩博連讀生6人。擬每年招收博士後研究人員或進修人員1人,只招收博士生和碩博連讀生。

武漢大學研究生教育發端於1935年,至今已有70年的歷史。 1955年,武漢大學招收了新中國成立後的第一批研究生;1978年,重新恢復因"文革"而中斷了達十餘年之久的研究生教育;1981年,成為全國第一批博士、碩士學位授予單位;1984年,為全國第一批試辦研究生院的高等學校之一。 |
