Ken Stott 飾演 D.C.I. Redfern 'Red' Metcalfe
Kenneth Campbell Stott （生於1955年）是蘇格蘭演員，以眾多的電視劇角色而聞名於英國。
Stott 在 Secret Army（1977），The Complete Dramatic Works of William Shakespeare (King Lear, 1982)，Dennis Potter's The Singing Detective (1986)中扮演過小角色。他還在英國COI Drinking And Driving Wrecks Lives campaign中擔任主角，出演一個農夫而出名。最終在上世紀90年代，他開始在銀屏上展示才華。
他最成功的電視角色包括在BBC犯罪連續劇《Messiah》（BBC一台，2001年-2005年）中領銜主演的DCI Red Matcalfe；ITV警匪劇《惡行》（1999年-2003年）的DI Chappell；《Promoted to Glory》中一個幻想以加入救世軍來贖罪的醉漢（ITV 2003年）；在《Uncle Adolf》中出演Adolf Hitler（ITV 2005年）；《Richard Curtis's The Girl in theCAF》中出演虛構的英國財務大臣（BBC一台 2005年）。

Frances Grey 飾演 D.S. Kate Beauchamp
Frances Grey（1972年生於愛丁堡）是蘇格蘭演員，可能她最出名的角色就是BBC電視劇《Messiah》中的D.S. Kate Beauchamp。這是根據Boris Starling的部分故事原型直接改編的電視劇。
她早期的作品有1998年BBC改編的《名利場》中的Amelia Sedley。
Neil Dudgeon 飾演 D.I. Duncan Warren
Neil Dudgeon作為一名英格蘭演員活躍於眾多電視劇中，特別是犯罪劇。

劇情簡介
