演藝經歷
房鑫10歲開始專業學習美術，16歲開始創作油畫，2003以優異的成績畢業於魯迅美術學校；由於深厚的繪畫功底，房鑫的畫深受喜愛，部分油畫還在美國、法國、新加坡、澳大利亞等
2005年，房鑫在北京成立鑫時代繪畫演藝工作室，開始專心研究沙畫。2009年開始研究光影畫並參與光影畫設備製作，並虔心出演國內外各大企業大型年會、晚會、婚禮沙畫等活動，至今為各種大型活動演出兩百餘場，備受業內人士和客戶好評。她的主要演出有：泰國飛利浦全球代理會議、香港國際服裝節、加拿大華人聯誼會、五棵松體育館大型慈善晚會、中國女子網球聯賽閉幕宴會、聯眾遊戲與賭王簽約儀式、三亞某化妝品牌頒獎晚會、賓士汽車展銷會、青島啤酒節等大型演出等200餘場

隨著鑫時代工作室業務質量整體提高，知名度越來越大，越來越多的知名企業集團選擇和青睞鑫時代工作室，繁忙的工作成了房鑫每天的重頭戲。儘管身邊有兩三個助理，很多事情又不得不親自打理，一日一餐或者吃泡麵的現象時常發生。“人在江湖，身不由己。誰叫我是一個不想服輸的‘北漂’呢？”在很無奈的時候，在無助難過的時候，房鑫都會這樣對自己說，然後打起精神又開始她緊張而忙碌的一天。
作為子女，因為沒有盡頭的工作，房鑫幾乎沒有時間回老家遼寧看望父母和弟弟。從離家那一年的正月，在家和爸爸媽媽弟弟吃一頓美味大的餃子以後，房鑫再也沒有回去看望他們了。俗話說：“樹欲靜而風不止，子欲養而親不待”。每想到越來越年邁的雙親，房鑫眼睛都會滿含淚水。
