研究手段和意義
本課題組的研究工作強調系統(整合)生理學與細胞、分子生理學的有機結合;以整體動物、器官和細胞為實驗對象,採用行為學、電生理學(細胞外、細胞內和膜片鉗記錄及微電泳等)、免疫細胞化學、活細胞和組織鈣測定及分子生物學方法,闡明某些信號分子在內臟痛與功能性內臟疾病中的作用。本課題組與英國SHEFFIELD大學、LEEDS大學以及美國ROCHE PALO ALTO的相關實驗室有密切的交流與協作。
研究成果
早年主要研究心血管功能的神經體液調節機制。1999年在Brain
Research上發表的論文證明皮質激素對延髓心血管調節神經元具有快速興奮性調製作用,該項研究獲軍隊科技成果三等獎。
在英國工作期間(1998-2005),主要採用基因敲除和神經生理學方法研究P2X、TRPV1等受體在內臟感覺機制和內臟痛中的作用,在Journal Of Neuroscience(21:5670-5677,2001),Gastroenterology(125:1398-1405,2003),Neuropharmacology(47:1093-1101,2004)和Journal Of Physiology(541:591-600, 2002)等國際知名學術刊物上發表了一系列論文。
2005年獲得上海市浦江人才計畫資助(課題名稱:腸易激綜合徵的細胞與分子機制研究)。
