懷化學院
彭黎，男，湖南懷化人，1982年5月生。2000-2004年，湖南大學物理與微電子科學學院學士，2005-2007年湖南大學環境科學與工程學院碩士，2007-2011年湖南大學環境科學與工程學院博士。在校期間，曾參與“長沙市旅遊發展規劃”，“長沙市生態文明創建示範城市研究”，“湘潭電機廠電機虛擬裝配系統”等項目，課件《電機裝配培訓系統》在2009年度“第九屆全國多媒體課件大賽”中獲得高教工科組一等獎、最佳技術實現獎， “湖南省高等學校第九屆‘中南杯’教育軟體大賽”一等獎。
