研究內容 1:Si基功率半導體器件

開展Si基功率半導體器件的新結構、模型和實驗研究,並開展相關器件的產業化工程研究工作,研究的器件包括:IGBT、DMOS、整流器、BJT、恆流器等。

研究內容2:寬禁帶 半導體 (碳化矽)功率器件

開展寬禁帶SiC基功率半導體器件的新結構、模型和實驗研究,研究的器件包括:MESFET、IGBT、MOS等器件。
