張洪彬教授 雲南大學化學化學科學與工程學院院長, 國家“千人計畫”入選者, 2009年國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,題目為“天然產物的生物活性分子設計與合成研究”張洪彬博士,1985年畢業於雲南大學化學系化學專業,獲學士學位;1988年畢業於中國科學院上海藥物研究所,獲碩士學位;1998年畢業於澳大利亞國立大學化學研究院,獲博士學位。1999-2000年在美國Eli Lilly(禮來)藥物公司化學工藝研發部從事博士後研究。現任雲南大學藥學院教授、院長,雲南省天然藥物中心主任,博士生導師 研究方向:生理活性天然產物的全合成,藥物設計合成及生理活性篩選,有機合成方法學 學 位:博士畢業學校:澳大利亞國立大學 職 稱:教授 / 博導 研究工作簡介:本課題組主要興趣在於多環生物活性天然產物的全合成,類天然產物小分子設計,合成及生理活性研究工作。本課題組研究的另一個方向在於發展可用於天然產物及藥物合成的新方法,重點關注催化狀態下的C—C及C—N鍵的合成方法研究。本課題是從事合成的天然產物目標分子包括香茶菜二萜化合物毛萼乙素。(Eriocalyxin B),百部生物鹼及石蒜(Amaryllidaceae)科生物鹼的全合成工作。在合成方法學上,本課題組重點從事有趣味性的鈀銅催化下的碳碳鍵形成及利用Michael反應等靈活構建碳骨架的方法研究。在藥物化學方面,本課題組重點進行抗腫瘤小分子化合物的設計,合成及生理活性篩選工作,已篩選到多個高生理活性化合物。本課題組承擔包括國家自然科學基金面上項目在內的8個科研項目。
