張夢暉

張夢暉是一名醫藥博士,主要從事藥品監督、生物檢定及新藥藥效學、毒理學評價工作。

個人簡歷

1990 年在中國藥科大學藥學院藥理專業獲藥學學士學位;1999年至2005年在比利時布魯塞爾自由大學學習,先後獲得藥學碩士、藥學博士學位。
1990至1998 年在湖南省藥檢所工作,主要從事藥品監督、生物檢定及新藥藥效學、毒理學評價;1998至1999 年作為日中醫學獎學金研修生由衛生部公派至日本富山醫科藥科大學和漢藥研究所從事痴呆模型與抗痴呆中草藥研究;1999至2005 年在比利時布魯塞爾自由大學師從D.L.Massart 教授,專攻化學計量學,偏重於醫、藥學數據分析的方法學研究。2005 年底至今在上海交通大學生命科學技術學院主要從事系統生物學研究中計算生物學部分的工作,重點為數據分析及生物信息挖掘。
作為項目負責人承擔的課題:
1、國家科技部 863 專題“元基因組學和代謝組學的系統整合計算分析平台與代謝性疾病研究”(2008-2010)
2、國家自然基金面上項目“多組學綜合生物信息挖掘技術在新發糖尿病病例研究中的套用”(2009-2011)
