人物簡介
1982年7月獲中國科技大學理學學士學位，1986年1月獲中國科技大學理學碩士學位，1988年1月獲中國科學院化學研究所理學博士學位。從1988年4月起在中國科技大學任教。
科研工作
2000年獲國家傑出青年基金資助。主要從事聚合物光子材料，包括摻雜聚合物光纖材料和偶氮聚合物液晶材料，的合成和性能研究。先後主持國家自然科學基金《稀土摻雜聚合物光纖材料和性質研究》等3項基金項目，並參與進行國家科技部《超高密度光存儲材料和器件》重大基礎研究項目和中科院《梯度折射率聚合物光纖及其鏈路系統》創新工程方向性項目等多項研究工作。已在國內外學術刊物上發表論文70餘篇，其中高影響因子論文7篇。
