作者介紹

Brian Luke Seaward, Ph.D. is a speaker on stress management, human spirituality and mind, body and spirit healing. A former faculty member of the American University, he teaches at the University of Colorado. He is a popular speaker and workshop facilitator. His books include Stand Like Mountain, Flow Like Water, Managing Stress: Principles and Strategies for Health and Well-Being and The Health and Wellness Journal Workbook. He lives in Boulder, Colorado.
