1994.9-1997.6年武漢工業大學複合材料專業碩士研究生畢業； 1998.9-2001.12年武漢理工大學結構工程專業博士研究生畢業，獲博士學位； 2002.7- 2003.6 英國謝菲爾德大學訪問學者（國家留學基金公派）； 1997.7-1999.10 武漢理工大學工程結構與力學系講師；1999年破格晉升副教授，2004年10月晉升教授；
