傳訊總監的定義
傳訊,指的是傳喚與案件有關的人到案受訊問。所謂的傳訊總監,是指能有效處理企業內外部溝通及組織、協調公關活動開展的高級人才,是企業治理結構發展到一個新階段的必然產物。
職位描述(Job Description)
1、Make and monitor internal & external communication policy and procedure.
制定和管理內外部溝通政策與流程
2、Establish an effective communications strategy. Response for government and public relationship to create a favorable image and reputation for company and top management.
確立有效的溝通策略,負責政府事務與公共關係管理,建立企業和高管理層的良好形象
3、Develop and implement PR strategies in align with business objective to advance company reputation and support brand management
根據公司業務目標,發展並執行公共關係策略,增強公司品牌形象
4、independently develop program/event proposal and communication materials (in both English and Chinese, includes press material, communication letters and case study) to organize and support internal and external events.
獨立開發公關項目,協調準備公關新聞相關信息(包括中英文報導,新聞稿件與案例分析),支持內外部公關活動開展
5、Identify potential issues and execute crisis and issue management activities relating to the company and brands
處理危機公關
6、Independently work and manage external organizations and vendors to achieve project objectives with reasonable cost.
管理外部供應商,控制項目成本
7、Act as a bridge between teams and top management on communication matters:
作為高管層與公司員工的溝通橋樑
8、Create, strengthen and develop company belief and culture by propaganda the defined values.
建立良好的公司文化和價值觀並進行相關宣傳活動
職位要求(Job Requirement)
1、 Solid PR knowledge, including PR techniques, media management and crisis management
紮實的公關知識,包括公關技能,媒體管理與危機管理
2、 Good project and vendor management skills, and good cost management sense and skills.
優秀的項目與供應商管理能力,能有效控制成本
3、 Have the ability to develop and execute PR tactics independently.
能夠獨立開發和執行公關策略
4、 Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure
能夠同時負責多個項目並承擔工作壓力
5、Open minded and excellent team work skill.
