大學本科畢業於上海鐵道學院，在鐵路機車車輛企業工作多年，在汽車工業設計院、工程公司工作多年，高級工程師職稱。擅長機車車輛先進制造技術、汽車發動機先進制造技術；參與過我國機車、汽車行業和內燃機行業多個產品生產線規劃、工藝技術規劃與設計，工廠建設項目的可行性研究、初步設計與施工設計、項目的實施與建設管理。參與過鐵路工廠技改項目的技術方案規劃，是鐵道部建設工程評標專家。科研經歷
1、參加國家自然科學基金項目：多缸內燃機活塞組件---缸套摩擦學與動力學偶合作用研究；
2、參加TTRF基金項目：Investigation into the Correlation of the Tribological Behavior in Skirt-Cylinder and Ring-Cylinder Pairs with the Dynamic behavior of Piston Assemblines and the Cylinder Block in a Multi–Cylinder IC engine；
3、參加國家高技術研究發展計畫“863”項目：上海高速磁浮國產化樣車設計；
4、主持鐵道部科技研究開發計畫重點項目：大功率機車技術研究—機車柴油機活塞組低摩擦技術深化研究；
