何振宇[秦皇島市國家稅務局副局長]

1957年8月出生，漢族，遼寧遼陽人。1991年4月加入中國共產黨，研究生學歷，高級工程師。1974年6月在黑龍江南岔水解廠五七農場參加工作，歷任會計、團支部書記，東北重型機械學院、燕山大學講師，秦皇島市國家稅務局科員、計算機中心主任、徵收管理科科長，1997年10月任秦皇島市國家稅務局總經濟師，2002年9月任秦皇島市國家稅務局黨組成員，2006年1月任秦皇島市國家稅務局副局長。 分管政策法規科、所得稅科、效能考核辦公室、車輛購置稅管理分局，負責聯繫海港區國稅局、昌黎縣國稅局。
