何建軍[浙江大學教授]

何建軍,教育部長江特聘教授,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,國家特聘專家,美國光學學會會士(OSA Fellow),國際光學工程學會(SPIE)會士。

人物經歷

1984年畢業於浙江大學光學儀器工程系,分別於1986年和1989年獲巴黎第六大學半導體光電子學科碩士和博士學位。1986至1989年在法國國家通信研究中心做博士研究,1989年赴加拿大新蘇格蘭技術大學做博士後研究。1994年初加入加拿大國家科學院任研究員,從事半導體光電子集成器件的研究。其間在光子集成器件方面開發的專利技術成為兩家高科技公司從加拿大科學院派生的重要基礎。2000年作為創始人之一任MetroPhotonics公司的首席科學家。2006年受聘教育部長江特聘教授。在集成光電子器件、半導體雷射器、半導體量子阱混合技術和非線性光學器件等方面發表了300餘篇論文,獲得20項美國發明專利,50餘項中國發明專利,在國際會議上做特邀報告40餘次,曾獲得加拿大國家科學院傑出成就獎。曾擔任亞洲光通信和光電子會議(ACP2011 & ACP2018)大會主席,以及其它多個國際會議的程式委員會主席、組委會分會主席或成員,目前為亞太雷射和光電子會議(CLEO-PR)指導委員會(Steering Committee)成員, Optics Letters專題編輯(Topical Editor)。

主要貢獻

在集成光電子器件、半導體雷射器、半導體量子阱混合技術和非線性光學器件等方面發表了一百九十餘篇論文,被SCI論文他引600餘次,獲得18項美國發明專利,20餘項中國發明專利,在國際會議上做特邀報告近20次。
